Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within Egypt. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden shipping fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days to most locations within Egypt.

Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information where available.

We partner with reliable courier services operating across Egypt to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier used for your order may vary based on your delivery location and package size.

All shipments include basic insurance coverage against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package's progress from dispatch to delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at lift@lifteg.shop.

At this time, we only ship within Egypt. International shipping is not yet available. We are working to expand our shipping coverage and will announce new regions as they become available.
