When you join the waitlist through our site, we collect your email address and your preferred colorway selection. This information is submitted via Formspree and stored only for the purpose of notifying you when LIFT launches.

If you sign in using Google login, we receive your name and email address from your Google account profile. We do not access or store your Google password at any point.

When you place an order, Paymob processes your payment and collects the necessary billing, shipping, and payment details required to complete your transaction. We do not see or store your full credit card number or CVC.

We also collect standard technical data transmitted by your browser, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used solely to keep the site running and secure.

We use your email address to send you a single notification when LIFT becomes available for purchase, and to communicate with you about your order if you place one. We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional emails beyond the launch notification.

Order information is used strictly to fulfill your purchase: processing payment, arranging shipment, and providing order updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Technical data from your browser helps us monitor site performance, detect and prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it over time.

Paymob processes all payments on our site. Paymob receives your payment details and billing address directly — we never handle your card number on our servers. Paymob's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Formspree handles waitlist submissions. When you enter your email to join the waitlist, the form data is sent to Formspree's servers and stored there. Formspree's privacy practices are detailed on their website.

Google provides authentication services for account sign-in. When you use the Google sign-in option, Google processes your login credentials and shares your name and email with us. Google's data practices are described in their privacy policy.

We may introduce analytics services in the future to better understand site usage. Should we do so, you will be notified through an update to this policy, and where required, we will seek your consent.

We retain waitlist emails until the product launches and all notifications have been sent, after which the list is deleted. If you place an order, we retain your order and shipping records for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and to provide ongoing customer support.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days and remove your information from our systems, subject to any legal requirements that compel us to retain certain records.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data. You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time, and you may request a copy of your data in a portable format.
