Returns and Refunds

You may return your LIFT Wrist Cuff System within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The return window begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them. All components must be returned, including both cuffs, the Dual Link connector, the carry pouch, and any original packaging and tags.

We reserve the right to deny a return or issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage beyond what is needed to inspect the product. Items returned with missing components may be subject to a restocking deduction.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, LIFT covers the cost of return shipping within Egypt. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup.

For change-of-mind returns or if you ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

To start a return, email us at lift@lifteg.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label within 1 to 2 business days.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing. Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we will process your refund as described above.
